The MANCHESTER CREATIVE ANNUAL is a brand-new publication, produced by CIDS, Adline and Prospect, which has been designed to showcase the Creative Industries to businesses across the wider economy.
The 2005 edition features stories on the BBC's proposed move to Manchester, the Manchester International Festival, an interview with esteemed architect Ian Simpson, plus a Creative Industries trade directory - featuring Manchester based businesses from the Creative Directory on this website.
With the annual we've tried to show businesses the impact that using creatives can have to their bottom line. As a sector that's growing twice as fast as the rest of the economy, it is important that the sector is understood by other members of the business community. The publication has been distributed to the top 500 companies in Manchester, all Adline & Prospect subscribers, and key organisations such as MIDAS, North West Development Agency, Marketing Manchester, ChamberLink have all received bulk copies for distribution to their clients.
